The No. 25 Rebels host UT Martin (20-30, 11-12 Ohio Valley) on May 13 (6:30 p.m. CT, SEC Network+) at Swayze Field.
It is a bounce-back opportunity for the Rebels (34-17, 14-13 SEC), who hung on to the last spot in the USA TODAY sports coaches poll. They won the first game in a weekend road series at Mississippi State but dropped the final two games. They might be headed for a regional No. 2 seed in the NCAA Tournament.
UT Martin is No. 230 in the RPI. A win against the Skyhawks would do little for the Rebels’ postseason projections.
