Oregon joins Week 4 college baseball Power 10 rankings

After an action-packed week of college baseball, it’s time for my Week 4 Power 10 rankings.

⚾️ MORE BASEBALL ⚾️

1. Tennessee | LW: 1

Tennessee stays on top, now 16-0 this season, with another set of five wins last week to conclude non-conference play. This undefeated start to the season has set a Vols program record, surpassing the 2019 team’s 15-0 start. Tennessee will start SEC play in a big way with a top-10 series showdown against Florida this weekend.

2. LSU| LW: 2

LSU stays put at No. 2. Josh Pearson launched his first career grand slam Sunday as the Tigers swept North Alabama. Missouri heads to Baton Rouge this weekend to start SEC play.

3. Arkansas | LW: 3

Arkansas stays at No. 3 as well. Wehiwa Aloy had five multi-hit games last week, and Brent Iredale smashed four homers in the Razorbacks’ 5-0 week.

4. Florida State | LW: 5

Florida State remains unbeaten and moves into the top four this week, just in time for a mid-week matchup against in-state rival Florida.

5. Georgia | LW: 6

Georgia closes out my top five, now on a 15-game win streak. This lineup has some real power, and Ryland Zaborowski is leading the country in slugging right now, hitting .447 with 10 bombs. The Bulldogs play Kentucky in Athens this weekend.

6. North Carolina | LW: 4

North Carolina drops a few spots to No. 6 after dropping the series to Stanford with its first two losses of the year.

7. Florida | LW: 7

Florida stays at No. 7, at 15-2 on the year. The Gators put up 29 combined runs in a Saturday double-header against Harvard. Now, Florida has one of the toughest weeks of any team in the country, with a mid-week game against Florida State and then a weekend series against Tennessee.

8. Oregon State | LW: 8

Oregon State stays put at No. 8 after sweeping San Diego.

9. Clemson | LW: 9

Clemson is at No. 9 again. It rallied from a 4-0 deficit on Sunday and scored eight runs in the seventh inning to clinch a series sweep over Davidson.

10. Oregon | LW: NR

Finally, at No. 10, welcome Oregon to the Power 10. The Ducks are now 14-2 and just swept Southern Cal to start Big Ten play. They’re on an 11-game win streak and showing off a dangerous lineup this season. There’s balance from top to bottom.

Dropped out: Virginia drops out of the Power 10.
