Predicting College Football Playoff’s next 10 national champions

The first year of College Football Playoff expansion is a raging success with Ohio State and Notre Dame providing a potential instant-classic national championship game. Revenue numbers have never been higher and for the first time, there seems to be actual parity at the top of the sport with the SEC failing to reach the title game in consecutive years for only the second time in two decades.

Unless you’re a Warren Buffet-level expert on market trends, this is what makes predicting the next 10 national champions essentially impossible, but we’re going to try anyway.

While conference realignment has slowed down a bit, college football will look considerably different a couple years from now with further playoff expansion expected.
