SEC Basketball Tournament in Greenville: Don’t miss action with these spots to watch games

Sixteen teams will take the court at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena for the 2025 SEC Women’s Basketball Tournament daily through March 9 in downtown Greenville.

Keeping up with your team, a rival, or the emerging Cinderella story during this year’s tournament should keep all women’s college basketball fans glued to a ticker, mobile device, or television for the latest updates. Luckily, Greenville is filled with great social settings to enjoy and stay connected to the basketball games.

There are many great spaces within walking, biking, or ride-sharing distance of the tournament grounds. These spaces host multiple televisions, showcase a great menu, and are accustomed to entertaining large crowds.

Here are some of the best social spaces to watch the 2025 SEC Women’s Basketball Tournament this weekend in Greenville:

Gather Greenville, 126 Augusta St.

This popular West End food hall and outdoor social space will host a big screen for most, if not all, of the SEC Tournament games. Gather Greenville offers great food from 13 local restaurant brands and has a spacious enough setting for families and pets to enjoy the tournament without feeling overcrowded.

The Tennessee-based social space in downtown Greenville has become one of the most beloved places to watch any sporting event in the UpstateYee-Haw Brewing delivers on its hospitality, chicken and bar appetizer menu, and great adult beverage options.

Yee-Haw will be packed all weekend, but even if you don’t score the best seat, their large outdoor television is perfect for watching the games with other passionate college basketball fans.

First time to South Carolina? There’s no better welcome to the Palmetto State than visiting a staple: Carolina Ale House.

This traditional Southern American sports bar offers an expansive menu of burgers, sandwiches, wings, and other fixins a sports fan can associate with the big game. With 14 televisions and ample space for cheers and beers, Mac’s Speed Shop is a great option for watching the 2025 SEC Women’s Basketball Tournament.

New Realm Brewing Company, 912 S. Main St.

New Realm Brewing hosts a spacious indoor, outdoor, bottom-level, and speakeasy space for visitors to enjoy college basketball games. The venue has around 13 televisions, and the staff has a great menu of appetizers, burgers, entrées, and 27 taps to complement it.
