Just one week after a double-overtime scare with Arizona State, the unranked Horned Frogs handed No. 9 Texas Tech its sixth loss of the season on Tuesday night, 69-66.

However, Noah Reynolds powered the Horned Frogs down the stretch, notching 11 of his 16 points in the final seven minutes of play. The 6-foot-3 guard scored the last seven points for TCU in the win, going on a 6-0 scoring run for the Horned Frogs to the closing seconds of regulation.Â

Texas Tech (20-6, 11-4 Big 12) was just 1-6 from the field in the final four minutes, going scoreless from the 4:05 mark to just five seconds remaining.Â
TCU out-rebounded Texas Tech 37-29 in the win, pulling down 15 offensive rebounds that led to 17 second chance points.
Darrion Williams and Chance McMillian had impressive outings in their losing effort, combining for 40 points on 16-25 shooting for the Red Raiders.Â
The Horned Frogs have now won three straight in conference play as they head on the road to Cincinnati. Texas Tech will try to get back on track against West Virginia on Saturday.Â
