Tennessee is a program with a rich football history. The Volunteers have played football since 1891 and claim 6 national championships — 1938, 1940, 1950, 1951, 1967 and 1998. They’ve also won 13 SEC titles, most recently in 1998.
Rocky Top is one of the most iconic songs in college football, and Neyland Stadium is always rocking on Saturday afternoons in Knoxville.
Over the years, the Vols have placed plenty of players in the NFL Draft, including many who were selected in Round 1.
Josh Heupel took over the program in 2021 and in only his second year at the helm for Tennessee, managed to end a 15-year losing streak to rival Alabama.
