Texas A&M baseball is prepping for the season and everyone is invited to the First Pitch

Texas A&M‘s talented and experienced baseball roster is in the lab, preparing to kick off the 2025 college baseball season with a bang.

Local fans will get their first live glimpse of the squad since fall ball ended. On Saturday, February 8, an intrasquad scrimmage will occur at Blue Bell Park, and there will be free admission and postgame fireworks. New Aggie head coach Mike Earley will get his final tune-up before the season starts later this month, and he is well aware of the expectations.”

“It’s cool because it means people think you got good players, but it doesn’t really mean anything more than that and the guys understand that you can one or 100 you still got to go out and play well so it’s not really you know not something we talk about we just kind of go about our business”

After a runner-up finish in the 2024 College World Series and a preseason No. 1 ranking, there will be a target on their back the whole season. There will be no shortage of talent on the A&M roster to fend off all opponents with a mix of several top 100 players and a stable of young talent. With opening day right around the corner, the scrimmage is the perfect opportunity to get Aggieland and team primed to make another historic post-season run.
