LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Former Mr. Kentucky Basketball Travis Perry has found a new home, and it’s still in the Southeastern Conference. The former UK guard committed to Ole Miss on Sunday.
In his lone season at Kentucky, Perry averaged 2.7 points while shooting 32.1 percent from three-point range.
The Cats Pause spoke to Rebels head coach Chris Beard about Perry back in March.
“He’s a guy I always cheer for and have nothing but respect for,” Beard said. “That dude’s a baller, man. He loves basketball.”
UK traveled to Ole Miss this past season, so Perry and the Rebs should have a return trip to Lexington this coming season.
