Fresh off a top-5 upset, Autumn Johnson has a new-look Power 10. Here’s how the ranking shakes out:
1. UCLA (Previously 1)
Already the lone undefeated team in the nation, the Bruins are now the lone Big Ten undefeated in conference play.
2. South Carolina (Previously 2)
The Gamecocks secured their 70th straight home win vs Auburn (which is the longest home win streak in SEC history) on the day A’ja Wilson retired her No. 22 jersey in Colonial Life Arena.
3. Notre Dame (Previously 3)
How about Hannah Hidalgo having back-to-back 30-point performances, dropping 34 on Louisville.
4. UConn (Previously 5), 5. Texas (Previously 6)
Both the Huskies and Longhorns have the opportunity to secure a No. 1 seed after USC suffered an upset against unranked Iowa.
6. LSU (Previously 7)
The monster double-doubles keep flowing in for Annesah Morrow who had 18pts and 20 rebounds vs Mississippi State.
7. Southern California (Previously 4)
The Trojans’ 15-game winning streak came to an end Sunday, suffering their first Big Ten loss on the road in a loud and roaring Hawkeye Arena for Caitlin Clark’s jersey retirement. Juju Watkins had 27 points, but it wasn’t enough for USC.
8. Ohio State (Previously 8)
The Buckeyes were tough defensively vs Washington with 35 points off of turnovers to clinch their spot in the Big Ten Tournament, paced by Cotie McMahon’s 19 points.
9. TCU (Previously 10)
Haily Van Lith had herself a night, putting up 28 points and 8 assists vs Iowa State.
10. Duke ( Previously NR)
Picking up its fouth ranked win over GA Tech. The Wolfpack will face NC State in the Tobacco Road Rivalry tonight.
Dropped Out
Maryland – The Terps picked up their fifth loss of the season in a one-point heartbreaker to Illinois.
