Which NCAA baseball teams could blow up the bracket
The Montgomery Advertiser’s Adam Cole and The Southwest Times Record’s Jackson Fuller break down who could wreck the tournament bracket.
In its 3-0 victory against Murray State on June 16, Arkansas baseball did more than just avoid elimination from the 2025 College World Series.
The No. 3 Razorbacks were able to bounce back from a CWS-opening loss to No. 6 LSU behind a dominant and historical effort from pitcher Gage Wood, who struck out 19 batters and recorded only the third no-hitter ever at the CWS.
Now, a new challenge awaits.

The game between the Tigers and Bruins, which was originally set to be completed on June 16, was pushed back to June 17 after a lengthy weather delay. The matchup will resume where it left off, in the top of the fourth inning and with LSU holding on to a 5-3 lead.
