Auburn worked quickly to address its quarterback needs in the transfer portal and struck big with Arnold. The former five-star recruit completed 62.6% of his passes for 1,421 yards and 12 touchdowns with 12 touchdowns and three interceptions as a first-year starter at Oklahoma this fall. He rushed for 444 yards and three scores and didn’t throw a pick over his final six games. He’s set to be a day-one starter in a revamped Tigers offense that returns former five-star Cam Coleman at wide receiver and adds two top-10 portal wideouts in Eric Singleton Jr. (No. 1) and Horatio Fields (No. 9).
