Are Travis Hunter, Shedeur Sanders at the Senior Bowl?
No, Sanders and Hunter will not attend the Senior Bowl in 2025, ahead of the NFL draft. Miami quarterback Cam Ward and Penn State’s Abdul Carter are among other star players who have opted out of the Senior Bowl this year.
Neither player played in the East-West Shrine Bowl, which was played on Thursday in Denton, Texas. While Sanders did not participate in practices or the game of the Shrine Bowl, he did meet with teams, including the Tennessee Titans, Cleveland Browns, and New York Giants. Those three teams hold the top three picks in the 2025 NFL draft scheduled for April 24 in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Sanders’ brother safety Shilo Sanders, wide receivers LaJohntay Wester, Will Sheppard, and Jimmy Horn Jr., as well as defensive back Cam’Ron Silmon-Craig, are among the Buffaloes‘ players expected to participate in the Shrine Bowl on Team West.
