College basketball season is officially upon us, which means NBA Draft season in earnest can formally commence.
What better time to ring in the occasion than with a look at where things stand in our updated mock draft?
The landscape has not materially changed since my first mock in July — Duke freshman Cooper Flagg remains the 1.01, and that seems unlikely to change anytime soon. But there’s been plenty of buzz leading up to the college season to warrant some movement, with Flagg’s teammate, Kon Knueppel, earning inclusion and Illinois’ Kasparas Jakucionis getting a healthy bump as well.

The mock below has NBA teams in positions based on SportsLine projections, however, team needs are not taken into account in the mock given how early it is in the NBA season. You can think of the below as a hybrid prospect rankings with projected team landing spots. Teams are likely to change over the next few months, as are pick protections and eventually trades.
