The New York Yankees have been backed into a corner heading into Game 4. Not much has gone their way through the first three games of the World Series, but that doesn’t mean they’re done just yet. After all, the Yankees know a thing or two about coming back from seemingly insurmountable circumstances.
Game 1 was an unfortunate collapse in a hard-fought contest against the Los Angeles Dodgers. However, it may have set the tone for the rest of the series. Game 2 wasn’t as close, but the Yanks were still competitive. Now, after dropping Game 3 by a score of 4-2, the Yankees are going to need to throw everything they have at the Dodgers to give them a fighting shot.
