The Eagles continue to battle with some of the best teams in the country in an action-packed 2024-25 schedule, including four teams featured in the preseason D3hoops.com Top 25 poll. They will open their season on the road at North Central on Saturday at 5:00 p.m., before taking on no. 18 WashU to open the Hyatt Place Tournament on Friday, November 15 at 5:00 p.m. They will face off with back-to-back Top 10 opponents on the road with a trip to no. 2 Wartburg on Tuesday, November 19 followed by a match at no. 10 Illinois Wesleyan on Saturday, November 23.
Edgewood College kicks off their search for a NACC crown on Wednesday, December 4 at the Todd Wehr Edgedome against Alverno. The Eagles fly north for a battle with last year’s NACC runner-up on Saturday, February 8 at St. Norbert. Wisconsin Lutheran, defending NACC Champion and receiving votes in the preseason Top 25, visits the Edgedome on Saturday, February 15 for a showdown.
“Our schedule is going to be really challenging this year,” said Vivian. “We are going to play three teams in the top 20 of the D3hoops.com poll in November. We also have other tough non-conference games and conference games. Our league is going to very tough at the top, and hopefully we are one of the teams at or near the top at the end of the season, but we know we will have to earn it.”
