18. South Carolina Gamecocks

A well-rounded haul for the Gamecocks and coach Shane Beamer, South Carolina went wide receiver-first this cycle with six additions, including a couple in-state four-stars.
17. Oklahoma Sooners
Commits: 18
Oklahoma’s top-rated signees are both offensive tackles, which is what is needed in Norman given the inconsistencies up front each of the last couple seasons. Signing Washington State quarterback John Mateer, one of the nation’s leaders in total offense last season, was a major get.
